An Opening of the Heart session will use the divine guidance of spirit to tap in and unlock the stored emotions in your body. Some of these trapped emotions may feel like chronic pain, tightness, behavioral patterns and/or outlooks on life. Connecting with these emotions, where they came from, when they got stuck and clearing them from your body will give you full authority to replenish yourself with Love and Light.
