Cultivating presence in your daily life is the quickest way to shift your vibration. By using the following grounding techniques you can activate a healing presence for a more peaceful and stress free existence. These grounding techniques can also help in navigating any waves of emotion that may arise throughout your day.



Grounding Techniques



Here are five grounding tips to keep you present and aligned.

  1. Disconnect from all electronics and dim lights at least 1 hour before bed.

  2.  Focus on your breath. Breath in through your nose for a count of four and out through your mouth and nose for a count of six.

  3. Use your senses. Look for five red objects or listen for five different sounds.

  4. Play a grounding frequency in the background as you go about your day. 7.83hz is the earth's frequency and is known to boost positive vibrations.

  5. Walk barefoot and spend more time in nature. If you are near a beach you can walk along the water or through the sand. If a beach is not accessible, you can walk barefoot through grass, dirt or mud. Don't be afraid to get dirty or hug a tree. Connecting with nature has deep healing powers.
